Office Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive guests and vendors, welcoming those who visit our office
- Manage partners' calendars, helping coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
- Provide clerical support, digitizing documents, updatin database records, maintaining records of key documents, etc.
- Work with lawyers, accountants, banks, insurance, etc. to file federal, state, and local documents and forms
- Work with government agencies,DOB, DOF, HPD, etc.
- Assist with office upkeep and maintain office supplies and inventories
- Intake/receive mail as well as prepare FedEx, UPS, and messenger packages
