In US, our business runs in Los Angeles, Chicago and Atlanta and mainly focus on New Jersey.
We are looking for a fully dedicated Human Resource Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of human resources function including talent acquisition, employee engagement and retention, performance management, learning and development, total compensation and benefits programs, payroll, compliance and various HR operations and initiatives which reporting to the headquarters in Mainland China.

Job Description:
· Directs and manages the Human Resources Department's services and activities.
· Ensures that Workers Compensation, prepare manpower budget, Health and Welfare, and benefit plans are up to date and competitive with outside similar agencies.
· Docking with the U.S. regional warehouses, logistics, E-commerce which responsible for data collection and analysis, preparation of organizational effectiveness, talent management and other aspects of the data.
· Develop recruitment program, termination, Employee Handbook, and employee discipline, maintains and updates job descriptions as needed.
· Develops new and cost-effective approaches to record keeping, regulations and compliance with licensing agencies, and servicing the employee population.
· Provides cross training to different department to ensure the smooth functioning of the department.
· Stays current on all employment laws and regulations and ensures agency compliance.
· Assist Administrators/Managers in resolving employee conflicts.
· Engages in agency strategic planning and management with the CEO and other Executive Team members in different region in U.S.: Los Angeles, Chicago and Atlanta, also include Mainland China is a must.
Job Requirement:
· Minimum of 8 years of HRBP experience in U.S
· Familiar with warehousing industry business and required skills requirements.
· Excellent interpersonal, organizational skills and attention to detail, communication skills and capability to interface at all levels of the organization.
· Possess strong change management, negotiation and influencing skills and demonstrate the ability to motivate others and influence work behaviors.
· Understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
· Comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
· Chinese and English (verbal and written) is required.
