Responsibilities:
• Engage customers in a courteous, helpful, and respectful manner promptly and politely responds to customer inquiries and customer requests for support
• Provide back office sales support
• Create marketing materials for promotional purposes.
• Performing other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time
Job Requirements:
• Bilingual: Effective verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Basic Computer skills: able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Detail-oriented, well-rounded, and self-directed problem solver.
