This position requires close collaboration with airlines, transportation companies, and final destination carriers. Responsibilities: *Data Entry: Gathering, verifying, and entering information on all shipments into the system. *Keep a close eye on the status of air shipments with the respective airlines, warehouses, and trucking companies to ensure an effective and efficient pick-up and delivery process. *Keep track of any ongoing scheduled shipments and address any issues that arise. *Emailing and calling airlines to track down abnormal shipments *ETC.
