-Showcase strong leadership to direct staff, implement service standards, and maintain service level
- Being great support to GM and keeping GM fully aware of all restaurant-related issues
-Maintain a harmonious work relationship with all employees, report to GM when any staff problems
happen
-Being a great sample to staff in terms of productivity, efficiency, teamwork, keeping staff high morale
-Being responsible for managing the daily operation of the restaurant and the performance of the staff
-Maintain low staff turnover and keep staff retention
-Maintain guest relationships and resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction
-Anticipate guests’ needs and react promptly
-Guide and encourage upsells and cost saving, including food, beverage, supply, utility, etc
-Support and maintain hygiene standards
-Responsible for ensuring consistent high-quality food preparation and sequence of service
-Being physically present on the floor during service to ensure service standards,
-Guide, direct, and train service staff
-Acknowledge return and regular guests, collect guests' information, and maintain guest relationship
-Ensuring cleanliness of the restaurant at a high level
-Ensuring a safe working environment to reduce the risk of work injuries
-Maintain professional restaurant image, staff proper uniforms, and appearance
-Communicate with culinary in regards to pace of service and guest special requests
-Help and support GM to enforce disciplinary actions if needed
-Be flexible on schedule availability
-Perform job responsibilities as requested
