Role Requirements:

1，J.D. graduate from an accredited law school; have also successfully passed the bar exam
2，Practiced in a specific field of law through clerkships, internships, etc; Focus on immigration law is preferred
3，Gained exposure drafting legal documents (ex: motions, petitions, briefs, and affidavits)
4，The individual can speak and communicate in both English and Chinese
5，Clean record of misconduct in practice and have not been subjected to penalties by judicial authorities

6、Processing retirement pensions, red and blue cards, bank cards, medicare cards, medicaid cards, senior citizen half-price subway cards, etc.
7、Student visa applications, F-1 visas, from application to obtaining an I-20 and then scheduling a visa appointment.
