Qualifications:
Diploma or above required.
Chinese and English bilingualism is required.
Prior experience in project coordination or administrative support, especially in a construction or engineering environment, is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic document handling.
Ability to work on-site daily and adapt to a dynamic project environment.
Must be dependable, self-motivated, and a team player.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide full on-site support for project execution under the direction of the Project Manager.
Receive deliveries and coordinate proper material storage at the client’s site.
Carry out routine daily tasks as required by the project, including:·
i. Attending project meetings.
ii. Recording meeting minutes and status updates.
iii. Following up on action plans.
iv. Preparing progress reports and maintaining records with supporting documentation (photos, written communications, etc.).
Handle administrative tasks related to the project, such as:
i. Arranging accommodation for team members (e.g., rentals, utilities setup).
ii. Managing equipment rental logistics and monitoring usage.
iii. Coordinating miscellaneous purchases and supplies needed for on-site activities.
iv. Preparing and following up on payment documentation and approvals.
Serve as a liaison between the project team, clients, subcontractors, and vendors for non-technical matters.
Maintain organized project documentation, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access for the team.
